/.—. a Municipal Corporation, first party herein, in consideration of
the sum of TEN dollars, paid by: H. A. VONDERAHE
1767 Drew Street, City of Clermont, Florida
second party herein, e es hereby grant, assign and set over to the
second party , an Easement for TEyears from date hereof, on
the following described lands in Clermont, Lake County, Florida:
THAT PORTION OF LAKE FRONT, BETWEEN
LAKE MINNEHAHA AND LAKE SHORE DRIVE,
LYING DIRECTLY SOUTH OF LOT 13 OF
CLERMONT HEIGHTS
for the use of the second part, including the construction of
a dock, pier and /or boathouse w en plans for each are submitted to
and approved by the Council of said municipality
Second part y agree S to remove all brush, undergrowth and
trash, and to keep said pigirses clean and neat at all times but
not to construct fences thereon or trees or shrubs that will become
a traffic hazard between the street and the lake shore and will
not remove soil or sand from the bottom of the lake or lake shore.
First party reserves the right to revoke this Easement by
notice in writing for any reason, including violation of the coven-
ants and restrictions herein imposed upon part y of the second part.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be signed in its name by its Mayor, and
its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by the City Clerk the
day and the year first above written.

second part Y herein, does hereby grant, assign and set over to the second
party, an Easement for 10 years from date hereof, on the following
described lands in Clermont, Lake County, Florida:
That portion of Lake frmnt, between Lake Minnehaha and Lake
Shore Drive, directly South of lot 13, Clermont Heights
for the use of second part y , including the construction of a dock, pier
and /or boathouse, when p1 for each are submitted to and approved by
the Council of said municipality
Second part y agree s to remove all brush, undergrowth, trash and
to keep said premises clean and neat at all times, but not to construct fences
thereon or trees or shrubs that will become a traffic hazard between the
street and the lake shore, and will not remove soil or sand from the bottom
of the lake or lake shore.
First party reserves the right to revoke this Easement by notice in
writing for any 'at eason, including violation of the covenants and restrictions
herein imposed upon second part y,
