HIGHLAND RANCH HOA PRESENTATION
February 21, 2024
Members of the City Council attended a presentation on Tuesday, February 21, 2024 at the
Clermont City Center. The meeting started at 6:30pm with the following Council Members
present: Mayor Murry, Council Members Myers and Gonzalez.
Other City officials and staff present were City Manager Bulthuis, Deputy City Manager Davidoff,
Development Services Director Curt Henschel, Public Works Director Brunson, Lee Vandever,
Christopher Miller, Mark Griffin, Paul Erickson, Joseph Alvarez, and Jeffrey Burke.
Highland Ranch Canyon's HOA President Keith Whitacre called their HOA meeting to order and
stated the Clermont City Manager Brian Bulthuis had a presentation regarding reclaimed irrigation
water pressure in the Canyons and potential solutions. City Manager Bulthuis made a presentation
outlining the history of the Highland Ranch development, its reclaimed water infrastructure,
irrigation pressure issues and potential solutions, which includes a water tank. Following the
presentation there was a question and answer segment where the questions ranged from monitoring
water use to different sods. The Highland Ranch HOA board stated that no decision would be
made at this meeting, they will discuss the potential solutions at their next board meeting.
