A meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission was helri in the
Counci 1 Chamhers on Tuesday, r""august 17, 1971. The meeting ,was

member of the Commission !•~ith a copy of the Lake County Suhdivision
Regulations. A, general discussion of the ruralations follo~~~ed.
City Manager Hopkins stated th~:t he hopes! these regulations with
an.y appropriate changes to reflect the requirements of Clermont
cbul,d he adopted, and it i~~as agreed that Pach Commission memher
would study the regulations for discussion in detail at the next
meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The next meeting of the Planninn and Zoning Commission r..~ras schec?ulpd
to be held on September ?_1, 1971, instead of September 7, in order
to permit sufficient time for the Commission to study the
subdivision regulations.
The City Manager advisec± that he had a copy of the contract for
planning services het~a~ieen the city and the coi.~nty, which would
be presented to t!~e Gity P,.ttorney for review, then to the City
Council, for execution at their next meeting.
