10-05-1964 Regular MeetingPLANNING COMMISSION
A meeting of the Clermont Planning Commission was held in
the office of the City Clerk on Monday, October 5, 1964. The
meeting was called to order by Chairman Frank B~keman with the
following members present: Messrs. C-~_ntwell, Seaver: McHenry,
Colegrove and Winther.
Chairman B~keman stated that the purpose of the meeting
was to consider making recommendations to the City Council that
they make a statement to the general public as to the required
duties and responsibilities of a City Manager.
A general discussion followed.
At 8:00 P. M. Mr. Bakeman stated that it was necessary
that he leave and attend another meeting and asked Vice Chairman
C^ntwell to preside.
Motion was made by Mr. Colegrove, seconded by Mr. Seaver
and carried that the regular meeting scheduled for Wednesday,
October 7, be cancelled.
Motion was made by Mr. Winther, seconded by Mr. Colegrove
and carried that meeting adjourn.
