Assent Taere nr. E. ~'. Cantwell and Jay VanDermeer. seconding Secretary Albert Johnson ~~aas also ~ resent. Johnson called the meeting to order at 7~~n p. "~. and stated that nominations for a Chairman of_ the Plarnina Commission -:aerc in order. P~T.r. r~~c~ierry nominated dlr. TTinther. ~~r. Colea,rovo moved that the nominations ~~e closed and teat t?~,e Secretar yr cast a unanimous ~~allot for "~".r. ^~`.artin ':7inther as Chairman of the nlannina, Commission. T'•e motion ~•=as seconcl.ad. '~y 'fir. Fred Lyon and unani?rLousl~~ carried. F,fter '~einc, seated as Chairman, ^9.r. `7inther states: that the next order of ?,usiness .gas the election of a Viso Chairman and that nominations trrere in order. r~r. Tritz Addison nominated. "~%!r. Oa?:ley Seaver. ~~r. Colegrove moved that the nominations be closed and that the secretary cast a unanimous ballot for "~ir. Seaver as trice Chairman of t:~e Planning Commission. -.:Chairman ~F?int:~.er acquainted the memrers wi tl? the structure of the various com_mittoes to ?ae appointed and state) that he would make appoi~itments at t'^e next meeting. Secretary Johnson y>>as requested to furnish eac:n member with conies of t'~e structure of each. committee and the various phases of their won};. A discussion took place regarding mast wank done ry the Commission and work to be done. Anticiz~ated growth o.f this area and the Cit~t~ of Clermont's tax structure and method of making- proper valuations were also discussed.. The meeting adjourned at approximately 9x00 o'clock P. M.
