Gentlemen:
In reference to our conversation of May 19 and my verbal
proposal on your radio equipment servicing needs. I am enclosing
written confirmation of this conversation:
Monthly retainer fee on the base station - $15.00.
Monthly reteiner fee on each mobile unit - 5.00.
All parts additional.
This contract covers one routine check every thirty days.
This regular check should keep you in excellent operating condition
about 99% of the time. In addition to this routine check, you will
be allowed one emergency call each month without further charge except
for any necessary parts. Any further calls which are made will be
charged at the rate of 8cents per mile from Daytona Beach and return or
from whatever locale the engineer is in ,at the time you call him, which-
ever is closer to you.
I believe it desirable to point out that this milege charge
will not apply to your routine check or your first emergency call. I
would like to further point out that it is very unlikely that you will
find any necessity for any calls other than your routine check and one
emergency.
If this proposal meets with your approval, please sign and
return the attached contract to this office and specify the date on
which you desire Southeast Communication Company to take over your
equipment service.
We appreciate this opportunity to quote you on your servicing
needs and look forward to hearing from you in the near future. In the
meantime if there any any questions, please do not hesitate to call upon
us.
Yours very truly,
