RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR TOURNAMENTS,
EXHIBITIONS AND OTHER ORGANIZED EVENTS WHICH UTILIZE THE
CITY OF CLERMONT BOAT RAMP LOCATED ON LAKE MINNEOLA.
WHEREAS, City of Clermont Ordinance No. 197-M provides for the
establishment of fees for tournaments, exhibitions and other
organized events which utilize the City of Clermont Boat Ramp
located on Lake Minneola, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont has adopted
Ordinance 197-M and is desirous of establishing such fees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont that the following fees shall become effective upon
adoption of this Resolution and shall be charged for any
tournaments, exhibitions or other organized events utilizing the
City of Clermont Boat Ramp:
DEPOSIT: Upon approval of and ten days prior to the
event, a deposit in the amount of $100 will be
paid to the City to cover repairs or
maintenance directly related to the event.
LAUNCH FEE: A launch fee of $6.00 per vessel shall be paid
prior to the event. Exception: If the
participant has a current annual launch pass,
the fee shall be $1.00 for that vessel.
ADDITIONAL FEES: If the approved event requires additional City
Personnel, an hourly charge shall be paid to
the City and shall be agreed to by the
applicant prior to approval.
