R-91-719• • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 719 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED AS RESOLUTION NO. 636 TO ALLOW THE EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING CHURCH AND TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE TO APRIL 30, 1993. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, at a meeting held June 4, 1991, recommended approval to amend a Conditional Use Permit granted as Resolution No. 636 to allow the expansion of an existing church and extending the expiration date to April 30, 1993. PROPERTY: Sunnyside Unit, Lots 1-6 Block 2, Clermont Heights Lot 101, South of Hiqhway 50 and West 1/2 of Lots 94, 95 and 96. LOCATION: Sunnyside Plaza 1210 and 1214 Bowman Street The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, to grant the Conditional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that: SECTION 1. The application for an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit granted as Resolution No. 636, to allow the expansion of an existing church and extending the expiration date to April 30, 1993, be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The property must be developed in substantial accordance with an approved site plan. 2. If, at a future date, parking at this site proves inadequate, the applicant understands and agrees that the City may require additional parking or rescind this CUP. 3. No further expansion of the use or additions to this facility shall be permitted except as approved by another Conditional Use Permit. 4. All applicable rules and regulations shall be met, including final site plan approval, landscaping, drainage, parking and sign regulations, and all yard setbacks. All required landscaping must be served with a permanent irrigation system and must be properly maintained. The drainage and stormwater retention requirements of the appropriate regulatory agencies must be met, and approved by the City Engineer. These areas must be properly maintained. 5. This portion of the shopping center may be used for church functions only. ~ • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION No. 719 6. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by resolution. 7.
