November 18, 1964
This will acknowledge your letter of November
11, 1964 wherein your request that you be released
from your lease agreement with the City of Clermont
on the North 500 of Lots 12 and 14, Block 91. Your
request that the cancelation be made retroactive to
April 19, 1964, anniversary date of the lease is
granted inasmuch as we previously had a verbal agreement
to that effect. This letter is your release from the
lease as of April 19, 1964.

Dear Mr. Johnson:
Following is a quotation of Section III of Agreement of Purchase
and Sale between R. P. Seaver and Wife, Winnie H.Seaver, and
thetCity of Clermont:
As a part of the consideration of the conveyance and sale
of the premises the Second Party will lease to the First Parties
for a period of ten (10) years for the tomal sum of $1,000.00,
payable $100.00 per year in advance, the following described
property in the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida:
The North 50 feet of Lots 12 and 14, and the
North 50 feet of the West 47 feet of Lot 10,
ALL in Block 91, as represented on OFFICIAL J,
MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, filed 2/4/26 and
recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17-23 inclusive,
Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
and the First Parties herein and as Lessee in said Lease, shall
reserve unto themselves the right to cancel said Lease at the
end of any year.
Please send us a release from the above quoted portion of
Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated April 19th, 1963, and
backdate it to April 19th, 1964.
