New Business:
Amy provided the committee with a sample survey on volunteer board members ratings. Amy stated that most people

Suggestions were made to develop a package of information to onentate new committee members on the departments,
programs, and expectations of the committee and how the city functions. Information could be updated as necessary.
Some City Parks are in need of improvements that the City is not currently providing. Amy informed the committee that
Choice Edwards serves on the Beatification Committee (BC) and has suggested the BC assist in making some of those
improvements. This may set up some type of "Adopt a Park" program.
Basha Schlazer asked Any to find out if a voluntary donation can be added to the City's water bill each month that is
dedicated to Parks & Recreation.
