AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT DATED DECEMBER IS, 1952, COVERING THE
FURNISHING OF ELECTRIC ENERGY FOR WATER PUMPING, STREET LIGHT-
ING AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS MUNICIPAL PURPOSES IN CLERMONT,
FLORIDA; SAID CONTRACT EFFECTIVE FOR AN INITIAL PERIOD OF TEN
(10) YEARS FROM SEPTEMBER 4, 1953, AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEWABLE
FROM YEAR TO YEAR THEREAFTER UNLESS TERMINATED -BY SIXTY DAYS'
NOTICE.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF TillS AMENDMENT February 15 1955
AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES I and II OF THE CONTRACT:
All terms and conditions of contract dated December 15, 1952 and of Article I
and II thereof, will remain the same as stipulated in the contract, with the fol-
lowing exceptions:
ARTICLE I
Article I is hereby amended to reflect service for forty-seven (47) additional
Overhead Multiple street lights to be installed on State Road #50, in accordance
with the Company's drawing dated February 17, 1954, marked Exhibit "C", at-
tached hereto and hereby made a part of said contract.

a. Two (2) senior fixtures to be installed at the intersection of State Road
#50 and 12th Street with 6000 lumen lamps and two (2) senior fixtures to be installed at
the intersection of Route 50 and U. S. Highway #27. both as shown on
Exhibit "IC", equipped with 10,000 lumen
lamps and mounted on wood poles with 12' or l4' upsweep brackets.
b. The other nine (9) fixtures to be installed on State Road #50, west
of 8th Street, and the other fifteen (15) fixtures to be installed on
State Road #50, east of East Avenue, all as shown on Exhibit "C",
are to be pendant type senior enclosed luminaires equipped with
4,000 lumen incandescent lamps and mounted on wood poles with
12' upsweep brackets.
c. The nineteen (19) fixtures to be installed on Highland Avenue be-
tween 8th Street and East Avenue, as shown on Exhibit "C", are
to be pendant type senior enclosed luminaires equipped with
6,000 lumen incandescent lamps and mounted on wood poles with
14' upsweep brackets.
Said 47 additional street lights to be installed, owned and maintained by
the Company; however, the installation is subject to the Company's
success in obtaining easements from the Florida State Road Department
and from private individuals for the nece s sary pole locations.
ARTICLE II:
Rate per month:
The KWH consumptions of the above described forty-seven (47)
additional street lights will be consoli dated with all other KWH
consumed under the contract and billed as one q~antity at the rate
stipulated in the contract.
Plus - Additional Fixed Charges: #'1
One ($1. 00) dollar per month each for the 47 pendant type senior
enclosed luminaires mounted on wod poles and equipped with 10,000 lumen (2)
4,000 lumen (24) and 6,000 lumen (21) incandescent lamps, as de-
scribed above and shown on Exhibit "C"
Minimum Charge:
Three Hundred and Twenty Five ($325.00) dollars per month plus
monthly fixed charges.
All other terms and conditions of contract dated December 15, 1952 will remain
in full force and effect.
