The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that: c:n ' `~ c - =- <c ~. --r - ~ c: SECTION 1: _~ ~ rY- `-*' c~ That portion of a certain thirty (30) foot roadway located within the City of Clont ~', -n rrn ~ C' , Lake County, Florida as hereinafter described is hereby closed and permanently abandoned: That portion of a certain thirty (30) foot wide roadway as shown on the Lake Highland Company plat of Section 21, Township 22 South, Range 26 East, and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 4, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, and as shown on the Lake Highland Company Plat of Section 28, Township 22 South, Range 26 East, and recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 28, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, lying south of Tract 63, of said Lake Highland Company plat of Section 21 and running easterly to the east line of aforesaid Sections 21 and 28. Reserving to the City of Clermont an easement for ingress and egress, maintenance, utilities, sanitary sewer and stormwater. SECTION 4: Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
