ORDINANCES 177-M AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CL ERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CLERMONT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP, AS ATTACHED TO ORDINANCE 168-M ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT, PROVIDIDNG FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that: SECTION 1. The official Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida are hereby amended as follows: 1. Change the following described property from area desig- nated ERD-1 to area designated ERD-2: Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 Winona Bay Subdivision 2. Change the following described property from area desig- nated ERD-7 to area designated NED-3: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 Block 7, City Blocks 3. Include the following described property in Permitted Land Uses, Item #3, for area designated ERD-2 which allows Professional Offices in limited areas: Lot 19, Block 7, Sunnyside Unit 4. Change that R-lA property located north of Highway 50, east of Highway 27 in area designated UD-2 from UD-2 to area designated UD-5, and change Permitted Land Uses under UD-5, Item #4, to read: "Property designated UD-5 located north of Highway 50, and east of Grand Highway should be allowed high density, single or multi-family development not to exceed 12 units per acre". 5. Change the following described property to SHD-1 (Specialized Housing District) with permitted use being multi-family, non-profit housing for elderly and handicapped with density not to exceed 12 units per acre: All of Block 5 and Lots 1, 2, 9 and 10 of Block 8, plus the of the closed right-of-way of and the South 1/2 of the East the closed right-of-way of Ju Woodlawn Subdivision 3, 4, 7, 8, East 200 feet Broome Street 300 feet of niata Street, 6. Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such ajudicatons shall not apply or affect any other provision of this ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
