AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONING A PORTION
OF PINE LANE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF OAK VIEW SUBDIVISION,
A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF CLERMONT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IP1 CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the~City of Clermont, Lake County; Florida, hereby
ordains that:
SECTION 1.
That portion of Pine Lane located within the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, as hereinafter described, is hereby closed and permanently abandoned:
The East 30 feet of Pine Lane, according to the Plat of
Oak View, a subdivision in the City of Clermont, according
to the Plat thereof recorded. in Plat Book 12, page 59,
Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
Reserving to the City of Clermont an easement for ingress and
egress, utilities, water and sewer.
SECTIOrT 2.
This closing is done .pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the State of Florida.

All ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed. G

Court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not annly or affect ~^~ a„

any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire m

section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from
the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 5.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become
law and shall take effect on the date of its Second P.eading and Final Passage.
First Reading this 12th day of June 1984.
Second Reading this 10th day of July , 1984.
