AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA REFERRED TO
IN SECTION 26-1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 208-C APPENDIX "A" OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED
HEREIN FROM AN R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONING CLASSIFICATION
TO AN R-3 RESIDENTIAL/PROFESSIONAL ZONING CLASSIFICATION:
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida re€erred to in Section 26-1 of Ordinance No. 208-C Appendix
"A" of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by rezoning the
following described property from an R-1 Single Family Residential
zoning classification to an R-3 Residential/Professional zoning
classification:
