AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA REFERRED TO
IN SECTION 26-1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 208-C APPENDIX "A" OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL PROPERTY DE-
SCRIBED HEREIN FROM AN R-2 MEDIUM DENSITY ZONING CLASSI-
FICATION TO AN R-3 RESIDENTIAL/PROFESSIONAL ZONING CLASSI-
FICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY: PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida,
is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property from an
R-2 Medium Density Classification to an R-3 Residential/Professional
zoning classification:
Lot 127, Clermont Heights Subdivision
SECTION 2.
Ail Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to
or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent
that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in
meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.

This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall be-
come law and shall take effect immediately upon its Second Reading and
Final Pa~ssage.
