ORDINANCES NO .~ AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A RATE SCHEDULE FOR WATER SERVICE, SEWER SERVICE AND SANITATION SERVICE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA HEREBY ORDAINS THAT: SECTION 1. mobile homes: BASIC RATE SCHEDULE FOR WATER SERVICE: Single Family Dwellings: (1) Minimum Rate: (2) Additional Use: Multiple Family Dwellings, including centrally metered apartments and SECTION 2. a. b. mobile homes: c. Commercial Establishments: (1) $3.00 per 3,000 gallons; 3,000 gallon minimum. $0.50 per 1,000 gallons. (1) Minimum Rate: $3.00 per 3,000 gallons; 3,000 gallon minimum. (2) Additional Use: $0.50 per 1,000 gallons. Commercial and Industrial Establishments: (1) Minimum Rate: $3.00 per 3,000 gallons; 3,000 gallon minimum. (2) Additional Use: $0.50 per 1,000 gallons. BASIC RATE SCHEDULE FOR SEWER SERVICE: Single Family Dwellings: $11.85 Multiple Family Dwellings, including centrally metered apartments and $11.35 (2) (3) (4) thirty (30) pupils. Food Establishments seating less than 20 persons: Extra for each seat over 20: General Businesses, Offices, Churches, and Clubs: $26.25 $oo.8o $15.75 General Businesses and Offices with Public Restrooms: $23.65 Schools, Day Care Centers: $15.75 plus $0.35 for each pupil over (5) Hotels, Motels, and Boarding Houses: (6) Hospitals and Nursing Homes: (7) Car Wash and Laundries, Gas Stations with Car Works: $6.30 per unit. $5.25 per bed. 100% of water bill. CITY OF CLERMOIIT MISC. ORDINANCES NO. 139-M d. Industrial Establishments. Rates for industrial use shall be established upon receipt of application for sewage service. Rate will be based on volume, treatability, composition and strength of industrial waste. SECTION 3. BASIC RATE SCHEDULE FOR SANITATION SERVICE: a. Single Family Dwellings: $6.00 b. Multiple Family Dwellings, including centrally metered apartments and mobile homes: c. Commercial and Industrial: additional can. $5.50 per unit. $6.00 for two (2) cans; plus $2.00 for each d. Maximum Service: Twelve (12) cans (thirty (30) gallon capacity). e. Commercial and industrial accounts generating greater volume than twelve (12) cans will be required to use a commercial sanitation service. SECTION 5. Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply. SECTION 6.
