AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. ~59 OF
CITY OF CLERMONT AS TO REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS IN A TRANSIENT
COMMERCIAL ZONE:
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISBED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 159 of the
City of C1ermont, more often referred to as the Zoning Ord-
inance of the City of Clermont, pertaining to the rear yard
be amended
requirements in Transient Commercial (TC) Zones/by adding
the f011owing:
"Except that said rear yard requirement sha~l be
reduced to 10 feet in fractional Blocks 110 Sun-
set Park - 17 - 28 - 44 - 61 - 72 - 85 - 89 - noo
as represented on the Official Map of the City of
Clermont and now lying South of State Road 50."
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
