ORDINANCE NO. 95
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING AN OCCUPATIONAL TAX
ON PHOTOGRAPHERS HAVING AN ESTABLISHED PLACE
OF BUSINESS OR STUDIO IN THE CITY OF CLERMONT;
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNŒIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT:
SECTION I. That all photographers having an established
place of businesS,or studio within the territorial limits of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, shall pay an annual occupat-
ional license tax of $10.00.
SECTION II. Any person, firm or corporation who shall
engage in the business as a photographer with a place of business
or studio in the City of Clermont without having first obtained a
license from the City of Clermont shall, upon conviction, be fined
an amount not less than the amount of the license nor more than
double the amount of the license, or shall be imprisoned not more
than 30 days or both, such fine and imprisonment at the discretion
of the Jul,ige.
Provided each day1s operation of the business shall be
a separate offense.
SECTION III. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
