AN ORDINANCE A1ŒNDING SECTION 6, CHAPTER 1,
REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAIŒ COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU¡WIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT.í FLORIDA:

Ordinances of the City of Clermont, to June 1, 1928,
,be, and tho same is hereby amonded to read as follows:
liNe person shall b¿¡ eligible to any office except Marshall
and City Solicitor, who is not a quàlified elector of the
City ~f Clermont, provided, however, that the City Solicitor
shall be a person admitted to the Bar and licensed to
practice in all of the courts of the State of Florida and
shall maintain an office and be ensagedin tho active'
practicé of law in the City of Clermont, and provided,
further, that temporary appointments for special police
officers may be made regardless of this qualification.
Passed by the City Council at its Regúlar Mooting held in
the City Hall of the City of Clermont, Florida, on Tuesday,
June 3, 1952.
