AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 126 OF
THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
THE SAME BEING "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
ZONING REXiULATIONS AND PROVIDING FOR THE AD.
MINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT THEREOF" MAKING
PRDVISIONS FOR ~ AND FORM OF AHENDMENI'S

BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY mE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, FLORIDA:
SECTION II: That Ordinance 126 of the City òf Clermont,
heretofore duly passed and adopted by ihe City Council and approved
by the Mayor of the City of Clermont, the same being "AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING ZONING REGUlA TIONS AND PRDVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION
AND ENFORCEMENT THEREOF" is hereby amended by the addition of Section
12 to read as follows:
Section 12: That hereafter any amendment, supplement or
change made, or to be made, to this Ordinance, including amendments, sup-
p1ements or changes as to regulations, restrictions and bOundaries of
such districts or zones created therein shall be amended, supplemented
or changed after due notice, as provided under· Chapter 176, Laws of
Florida, 1955, and any amendment thereto hereafter made by the Legis_
1ature of the State of Florida and that said portions of said Chapters
pertaining to amendments and hearings, as provided therein, the same
being §176.05 and §176.06 thereof, is hereby adopted and incorporated
in this Ordinance as fully as if same were set out at length herein.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately on its
passage and adoption and approYal by the Mayor of the City of Clermont.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Clermont
at its Adjourned Regular Meeting held on October 16, 1956 in the City of
