AN ORDINANCE MÆENDrnG CHAPTER VI OF THE REVISED
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, RE-
LATING TO BOND OF OFFICERS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of' Clermont.
Section 1. The City Clerk and Tax Collector, the City Treas-
urer and the Oi ty Marshal shall each gi. ve bond in an amount to
be fixed by the City Council, and all such bonds shall be pay-
able to the City ot Clermont, and shall be conditioned upon the
faithful and honest performance of the duties of the offices
for which they are given, and for the true and correct account-
ing for all monies received and handled by such officers in
their official capacity.
Section 2. All bonds shall be tiled with the City Clerk,
and by him noted upon the mini tes of the Council, and carefully
kept and preserved; no bonds shall be in effect until approved
by the City Council.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts ot ordinances in con-
flict herewith, be and are hereby repealed.
