AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 19, ot
THE CITY OF CLERMONT RELATING TO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES.
Be it ordained by the City of Clermont;

Section 1. That section 7, of Ordinance No. 19, relating to
occupational license taxes, is hereby amended and as amended
shall read .as follows;
"Section 7. In all cases where the applicant for a license or
his duly authorized agent has not been residing within the
Clermont-Minneola School District for at least 90 days just
preceeding the First day of October, of the current license
year, the license shall be as follows; to which shall be
added the cost of collection 25 cents.

Section 7A. In all cases where the applicant for a license
or his duly authorized agent has been residing within the
Clermont-Minneola School District for at least 90 days just
preceeding the First day of October, and shall have been duly
1icenseà by the City of Clermont during that period to engage
in or manage the business, profession or occupation for which
the license is requested, the fee for said license shall be one half
the forgoing ascribed fees, provided no license shall be issued
for less than One Dollar. Twenty-five cents shall be added for
cost of collection -------------------------------
