Be it ordained by the City o' Clermont: SECTION I. That section 7. of Ordinance No. 25. relating to occupational license taxes, is hereby amended, and as amended shall read as fo11ows- ..- , "Section 7. SECTION 2. That Section 7A of Ordinance No. 25, reiating to occupational lioense taxes, is hereby amend.ed, and as amended shall read as follows: "Section 7A- In all cases where the applicant for a ·lioense, or his duly authorized agent has been residing within the C1ermont-Minneola School District for at least six months just preceding the first day ,of October of the current License year, the license tax shall be one-half the prescibed fees, prvided no lioense shall be issued for less than one dollar. Twenty five cents shall be added to each lioense for cost of collection." Passed by the Citÿ Council at a speoia1 meeting held at the City Hall, Thursday, September 17, 1956, 7:30 P.M.
