BE IT ORDAI}rßD BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLElliÆONT: SECTION 1. That Section 7 of Chapter XI of the revised General Ordinances of the City of Clermont. relating to occ~pational license taxes. passed by the City Co~cil of , said City on the 6th day of J~e, A. D., 1928, and approved by the Hayor of the City of Clermont on the 19th day of J~e A. D. 1928, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 7. The following occupational license tax shall be paid the City of Clermont for each license year as set forth in Section 1 of Chapter XI of the said Revised General Ordinances except in cases of occupational licenses being applied for after the first six (6) months of the then current license year the tax shall be one-half (t) of the following amounts but a license applied for after the first (9) months of the license year the tax shall then be q~arter (i) of the following amo~ts: one- Resi- dent Non-Resi- dent 1.
