ORDINANCE NO. 91
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 7 of CHAPTER
XI OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, AND TO REPEAL ORDINANCES
NOS. 15, 22, 24, 25, 31, 33, 64, 73 and 83
OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, ALL RELATING TO
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES IN THE CITY OF
CLERMONT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That Section 7 of Chapter XI of the
Revised Genæal Orœinances of the City of Clermont duly passed
by the City Council of the City of Clermont on the 6th day of
June, A.D., 1928 and approved by the Mayor of said city on the
19th day of June, A.D., 1928 is hereby repealed.
SECTION II. That all the following numbered ordinances
of the City of Clermont duly passed by the City Council of said
city and duly approved by the Mayor on the respective dates as
hereinafter set forth are hereby repealed:
(a) Ordinance No. 15 passed on 6 June,· 1933 and ap-
proved by the Mayor of the City of Clermont on the same date.
(b) Ordinance No. 22 passed by the City Council of
the City of Clermont on 6 August 1935 and approved by the Mayor of
the City of Clermont on the same date.

Ordinance No. 25 passed on November 13, 1935, and
Mayor of the City of Clermont on November 14, 1935.
Ordinance No. 31 passed on September 7, 1937, and
Mayor of the City of Clermont on the same date.
Ordinance No. 33 passed on November 2, 1937, and
approved by the Mayor on November 3, 1937.
(g) Ordinance No. 64 passed on September 7, 1943, and
approved by the Mfor of the City of Clermont on the same date.
(h) Ordinance No. 73 passed on September 18, 1945, and
approved by the Mayor of the City of Clermont on the same date.

Ordinance No. 24 passed on September 10, 1935, and
Mayor of the City of Clermont on the same date.

(i) Ordinance No. 83 passed on September 7, 1948,
and approved by the Mayor of the City of Clermont on the same date.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immed-
iately upon its passage.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Clermont
at its adjourned regular meeting held in the City Hall in the
City of Clermont, Florida, the 22nd day of September, A.D., 1949.
