AN ORDINANCE Al'v£NDlNG SECTICN lZ-ZZ (Z60)(e) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF CLERlVí:NT, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO LICENSE TAXES;
PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERM:NT, LA1ΠCOUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTICN 1: Sec. lZ-ZZ (Z60)(e) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Clermont, Florida, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(Z60) WASHING MACHINES:
(è) Launderette, each machine. . . . . $5.00
(Maximum, $ZO.OO).
SECTION 11: The Council finds it necessary to declare the
passage of this Ordinance to be an emergency measure; and, there-
fore, same shall become effective upon its passage.
