AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE SOUTHERN GAS CODE, 1965 EDITION, BY THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
FLORIDA.
The Southern Standard Gas Code, 1965 Edition, as compiled by the
Southern Building Code Congress, shall be, and hereby is, adopted in
its entirety by the City of Clermont, Florida and said code, by reference
thereto, shall be, and hereby is, made a part of the building code of
the City of Clermont.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS~PASSAGE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 23rd day of May, 1967.
