AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT
OF THE CHAPTER 12 (TWELVE) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
PERTAINING TO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN
CHANGES' THEREIN.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
1. This Ordinance amends that Ordinance now contained in the codified
code of the City of Clewmont, Florida under Chapter 12.
2. That Section 12-2 be and the same hereby is amended by deleting
therefrom Paragraph 2 and substituting therefor the following.
SECTION 12-2 (Paragraph 2)
The license of a business may be transferred with the approval
of the City Manager when there is a bona fide sale and transfer
of the property used in the business, provided all current
personal property taxes have been fully paid as provided in
Section l2-4 hereinafter.
3. Section 12-22 is hereby deleted and the following is substituted in
its place:

The fOllowing annual, unless otherwise provided, license taxes shall be
paid to the city as herein provided by the person managing or transacting
