CODE ORDINANCES ORDINANCE NO. l24-C N~ 370 =AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, REFERRED TO IN SECTION 26-1 OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES: REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM R~A ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO C2 AND Ml ZONING CLASSIFICATION; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT: SECTION 1. The Official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property from R1A zoning classification to a Ml zoning classification: South 320 feet of the following described property: W 1/2 of Tract 24, according to Lake Highlands Plat of Section 29, Township 22 South, Range 26 East, also, all that part of Tract 9-B South of State Road 50 and North of the W 1/2 of Tract 24, according to Lake Highlands Plat of Section 29-22-26. SECTION 2. The Official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property from a R1A zoning classification to a C2 Zoning classification; W 1/2 of Tract 24, according to Lake Highlands Plat of Section 29, Township 22 South, Range 26 East, also, all that part of Tract 9-B South of State Road 50 and North of the W 1/2 of Tract 24, according to Lake Highlands Plat of Section 29-22-26, less the South 320 feet of both parcels. SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Should any section or part of a section of this Ordinance be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or effect any other provisions of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply. .~>' . .
