CODE ORDINANCES ORDINANCE NO. l25-C AN ORDINANCE UNDER T.HE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUB-SECTION (C) (2) OF SECTION 26-22 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES: PROVIDING FOR MINIMUM LOT WIDTHS AND BUILDING SET-BACK LINES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION N~ 372 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT: SECTION 1. Subsection (c) (2) of Section 26-22 of the Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended to read as follows: (2) A Minimum width of lots, parcels or tracts, however designated, shall be 60 feet measured at the building,set- back line and 50 feet measured along the property line or 1 ines contiguous to any street, road or highway for single family dwellings. A minimum width of lots, parcels or tracts, however designated, shall be 100 feet measured at the building set-back line and 50 feet measured along the property line or lines contiguous to any street, road or highway for duplex dwell ings. SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other provisions of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law, and it shall become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its Second Reading and Final Passage. First Reading on this 10th day of December, A. D. 1974. Second Reading on this 14th day of January A. D. 1975 . .
