CODE ORDINANCES N~ 397 ORDINANCE NO. 138-C AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, REFERRED TO IN SECTION 26-1 OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM R-l-A ZONING CLAS- SIFICATION TO M-l ZONING CLASSIFICATION; REPEAL- ING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVID- ING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT: SECTION 1 The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property from R-I-A zoning classification to M-l classification: The South 320 feet of the East 1/2 of Tract 24, accord- to the Lake Highlands Plat of Section 29, Township 22 South, Range 26 East, Lake County, Florida, and The South 320 feet of that part of Tract 9B lying South of State Road 50 and North of the West 1/2 of Tract 24, according to the Lake Highlands Plat of Section 29, Town- ship 22 South, Range 26 East, Lake County, Florida, and Tract 25, according to the Lake Highlands Plat of Section 29, Township 22 South, Range 26 East, Lake County, Florida, and The North 125 feet of the West 150 feet of Tract 40A according to the Lake Highlands Plat of Section 29, Township 22 South, Range 26 East, Lake County, Florida. SECTION 2. All Ordinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall . .
