ORDINANCE NO. 165-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING PORTIONS OF
SECTION 26-87 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERA-
BILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS TRAT:
SECTION 1.
Section 26-87, paragraph "A" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Clermont is hereby amended to read as follows:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
(1) Any person requesting a conditional use permit, except a
planned-unit development, shall file an application and pay a
fee of $25 per acre or any part thereof, with a maximum fee
of $250.
(2) Any person requesting a conditional use permit for a
planned unit development shall file an application and pay
a fee of $75 per acre or any part thereof, with a maximum
fee of $750.
SECTION II.
Section 26-87, paragraph "H" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Clermont is hereby amended to read as follows:
(H) The application shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk
on or before 10 days prior to a scheduled meeting of the planning and
zoning commission and shall be duly advertised for public hearing
and scheduled for such hearing for the next planning and zoning com-
mission meeting and City Council meeting. The recommendations of the
planning and zoning commission shall be forwarded to the City Council
for its consideration at the next meeting.
SECTION III.
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION IV.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any Court
of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other
provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section of part
of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which
holding shall apply.
SECTION V.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law

and shall take effect 30 days from the date of its Second Reading and Final
Passage.
