The application was heard by the City Council for a conditional use permit for a day care facility(schooler
program for grades 5- 12),whereupon,the City Council,based on the information and evidence presented
at the June 28, 2016 public hearing, does hereby find that the proposed and requested conditional use
permit application'does not meet the review criteria set forth in Section 86-144 of the Land Development
Code of the City of Clermont.
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of Clermont,Lake County,Florida by
a 3 - 2 vote does hereby deny the above-stated application for a conditional use permit.
DONE AND RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, this 28th day of June, 2016.
