ORDINANCES N~ 274 ·ORDINANCE NO. 82-M AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) OF SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 25-1-M OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES IN-THE NON~EXC~~SIVE FRANCHISE. HERETOFORE GRANTED TO THE T. M. COMMUNICATIDNS COMPANY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT: SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of Section 8 of Ordinance Number 25-l-M of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: (b) COMPANY'S initial schedule of rates and charges is as follows: SCHEDULE OF SUBSCRIBER CHARGES RES I DENTIAL First TV Outlet Connection Monthly Charge Charge $10.00* $7.50 5.00 2.00 5.00 1.00 5.00 5.00 5.00 requi red. Additional TV Outlets (same residential structures) FM Outlet (Installed with TV Outlet) Relocation of TV Outlet within same residence structure Transfer connection to new pre-wired homes Reconnect service after having been disconnected for any reason *This is actual connection fee; no deposit NOTE: Above rates are for exposed wiring only. Cost of underground and inside wall installations must be handled on an individual basis. SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repea 1 ed. SECTION 3. Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by ·c \ . . MISC. ORDINANCES N~ 275 any court of competent juri sdi cti on, such adjudicati ons sha 11 not apply or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law and shall take effect 30 days from the date of its Second Reading and Final Passage.
