The petitioner's name and mailing address is: Clermont Builders Supply, Inc., P.O. Box 158, Clermont, Florida 32711 B. The legal description of the petitioner's property involved is: Lots 1 through 13, Block 115, Johnson's Replat, City of Clermont, abutting Carroll Street on the north. C. A plot plan showing the property involved and the portion of the street requested to be closed and permanently abandoned is attached to this petition and made a part hereof. D.
