ORDINANCES N~ 270 ORDINANCE NO. 80-M AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING SUB-SECTION C OF SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 57-M; ESTABLISHING A RATE SCHEDULE AS EXHIBIT A TO SAID ORDINANCE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT: SECTION 1. Sub-section C. of Section 5. of the Ordinance No. 57-M of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: 5. C. The City hereby approves the rate schedule entitled "New Clermont Prices - Effective October 1, 1975" attached hereto as Exhibit A. The rates for each individual customer are to be negotiated, within the terms of Exhibit A., between DAI and customer it serves. These rates will be reviewed annually by the City and DAI and will be adjusted annually if necessary. SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are here- by repealed. SECTION 3. Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section -- to which such holding shall apply. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law, and it shall become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its Second Reading and Final Passage.
