AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF ALL THAT PART
OF A CERTAIN UNNAMED ALLEY IN FORTY PINES SUBDIVISION WHICH LIES
SOUTH OF LOTS 9, 10, 11 and 12.
........ THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1:
That that certain portion of a certain unnamed alley in Forty
Pines Subdivision which lies South of Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12,
accordin9 to the Official Plat of the City òf Clermont, filed 4
February, 1926, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 to 23 inclusive,
Public Records of Lake County, Florida, be and the same is hereby
clos~ and forever abandoned.

¡Section 2:
If any article, section, clause or provision of this Ordinance
be deemed or held invalid by any court of competènt jurisdiction
for any reason or cause, the same shall not affec~ or invalidate
the whole of this Ordinance, nor any part thereof, other tha~ that
particular provision deemed or held invalid.
Section 3:
All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Secti on 4:
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law
and shall take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided
by law.
First reading this 27th day of October, 1970.

I am the owner of Lots 6 through 12 in the Forty Pines Sub-
division, and I would like to request that the alley way
from Bloxam Avenue to Hwy. 50 be closed. This alley way
runs between Lots 6 through 12. This property was put
together as a grouping due to the 50 feet required set
back with only a 100 feet of depth of property.
