ORDINANCES N~ 15 NO. 3-M AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT BY CHANGING THE ZONE OR DISTRICT OF SAID PROPERTY FROM AN R-I RESIDENTIAL ZONE OR DISTRICT, TO A C-I COMMERCIAL ZONE OR DISTRICT, WHEREAS, pursuant to a public notice published in the South Lake Press, a newspaper published in Clermont, Lake County" Florida each week and having a general circulation, the City Council of the City of Clermont held a public hearing to consider the passage of the proposed ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the "Zoning Ordinance" of the City of Clermont, thereby changing the area in which the property hereinafter described would be removed from a R -I Residential Zone or District and placed in C -I Commercial Zone or area; and, WHEREAS, the City Council after due consideration, and having heard all those who appeared in person or in writing and presented their objections to the said proposed changes, the City Council are now of the unanimous opinion that such amendment to said Zoning Map of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Clermont should be made; and therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Clermont is hereby amended whereby the following described real property is removed from an R-I Residential Zone or District to a C-I Com- merciaI Zone or District, .........' t~ -- \- ~~.; . .
