RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont in order
to lower the flood level of some lakes within the City of Clermont,
Florida has found it necessary to construct an 18 inch reinforced con-
Crete drainage culvert crossing under the property and tracks of the
Tavares & Gulf Railroad at a point 1584 feet, more or less, South-
westwardly from said railroadts mile past 5-B; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Cler-
mont are hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of
Clermont, an agreement between said City and said railroad authorizing
the construction of said drainage culvert (copy thereof on file in the
City Clerk`s Office).
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Clermont at its
Regular Meeting held on May 3, 1960.
