R-63-009• • RESOLUTIONS N °_ 14 No. 9 '~JHEREAS, the City Council of the City cf Clermont desires to have more direct control over, and full knowledge of, all work done by City crews, and 4JHLREAS, in order to bring about this desired result it is found necessary that all work, other than that necessary for tYle normal operations of the City of Clermont, be authorised by the City Council in regular session, or by the unanimous vote of the Committee in charge of the Department for which the work is to be done, and that only after such authorization shall the City Clerk execute the required work order for delivery to the City Superintendent, 1VUrJ, l~HE:LEFGRL, BE IT RESGLV:~D that from this date for:~rard no work shall be done by City crews unless, and until, a work order has been issued to the City Superintendent with the exception of that work necessary for normal operations of the City of Clermont as noted below: 1. street cleaning and minor repairs. 2. Garbage and trash collection and disposal. 3. Street sweepin~T. 4. Mowing of parks, parkways and cemetery. 5. Parks and cemetery upkeep and. care. 6. dater meter installations and required pipe. 7. Cleaning and general upkeep at City barn and yard. 8. Emergencies, not exceeding a~100.00 in expenses.
