AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT REFERRED TO IN
CHAPTER 122 OF ORDINANCE NO. 289-C, CODE OF ORDINANCES;
REZONING THE REAL PROPERTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN AS SHOWN
BELOW; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, EFFECTIVE DATE, AND
PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont,Lake County,Florida referred to in Chapter 122 of
Ordinance No.289-C,Code of Ordinances,is hereby amended by rezoning the following described
property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lots 4 through 7, less South 42 feet thereof, Walton Subdivision according to the map or plat
thereof,as recorded in Plat Book 8,Page 5,Public Records of Lake County,Florida,less and except
that portion of fee simple right of way described in OR Book 657,Page 473,Public Records of Lake
County, Florida, less road right of way.
AND
Lots 49 through 54, Lots 62 through 67, and Lots 75 through 80, Walton Subdivision according to
the map or plat thereof,as recorded in Plat Book 8,Page 5,Public Records of Lake County,Florida.
Containing a total of 3.28 Acres, more or less.
LOCATION
North and Northwest of the intersection of State Road 50 and Omar Street
Alternate Keys 1695813, 1695872, 1695881, 1695899, 1695911, 2587199, and 2691280
From: Lake County Agriculture District and
City of Clermont Residential/Professional District
To: City of Clermont C-2 General Commercial District
SECTION 2.
All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3.
Should any Section or part of this Section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction,
such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the
extent that the entire Section or part of the Section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from
the Section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4.
The provisions of this Ordinance shall be effective as provided by law.
