WHEREAS, the assembly room located in the Police Department
Building was constructed primarily for use of governmental, or q~vermental
related, agencies of the City of Clermont, the County of Lake, the State
of Florida and the Federal government,
BE IT RESOLVED, that beginning on the first day of March, 1965,
A. D. the use of the assembly room in the Police Department Building will
be limited to the Clermont City Council, the Mayor, Municipal Court,
Departments of the City of Clermont, Agencies, Boards, Commission and
Committees whose membership is appointed - all or in part - by the City
Council and/or the Mayor of the City of Clermont, and Agencies, Boards
Commissions and Committees of the County, State and Federal governments,
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the final determination of use eligi-
bility shall be made by the Fire Department and Building Committee of the
City of Clermont, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a calendar of reservations for the
assembly room be maintained in the front office of the Police Department
and that said calendar be }:ept current at all times by the Desk Clerk
of said Clermont Police Department.

Meeting held March 3, 1965.
