R-66-075• RESOLUTIONS Resolution No. 75 • N°_ 118 WIiEREAS, the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, is the owner of certain real property,better known as Sparkling eater Lake Park, upon which is located a certain building commonly known as the HIGHLANDER HUT; and tiaHEREAS, the City of Clermont has agreed to authorize the Youth Council, in conjunction with the Advisory Council, of the Highlander Hut to operate and maintain the above named building; and, WHEREAS, there have been many complaints and unfavorable comments made to the City and its' authorities concerning certain undesirable actions in conjunction with the operation of said HIGHLANDER HUT; WHEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, resolves as follows: 1. That the following operation of the highlander operational procedures of t] of said Iighlander Hut. a. That no person Hut except for activity. itemized procedures shall govern the Hut and shall be incorporated in the present ze Youth Council and the Advisory Council will loiter outside the highlander duly authorized gatherings or supervised b. No person or persons shall be allowed to sit in cars parked on Sparkling Mater Lake property during activities at the Highlander Hut. c. Parking on the east side of Third Street from the railroad tracks to Cedar Street is prohibited and violators will be ticketed or have their automobile towed away. d. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on any part or parcel of the property commonly known as Sparking water Lake Park. This applies to all individuals. e. Participation of youth activities at the Highlander Hut be limited in age from members of the seventh grade through those under nineteen years of age. f. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Youth Council to keep the interior of the Highlander IIut, as well as the adjacent surrounding area, in a clean and orderly condition at all times. g. It shall be the responsibility of the Youth Council to report, immediately upon its discovery, to the duly appointed chaperones or the Advisory Committee all damage or breakage to the building, its fixtures or equipment.
