t~-iEREAS, it is incumbent upon the City Council of the
City of Clermont, Florida to formulate policies concerning the
health, safe-~y, welfare and r<<orals of the citizens of Clermont,
Florida.
~dIiEREFORE, be it resolved that effective the time and
date of the passing of this resolution that trere shall be no
use, sale or distribution of alcoholic and/or intoxicating
beverages in or upon property belonging to or leased by the
City of Clermont without prior consent of the City Council.
ADOPTF,D at a Regular ~tiieeting of the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Florida, held on the 9th day of August, 1966.
