No. 402
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 216 FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING
FOR NEW CONDITIONS:
Whereas, Resolution No. 216 was adopted on June 12, 1973, and
provided for a Planned Unit Development with two phases;
Whereas, Phase One of this development was on property now
occupied by the Grandview Apartments;
Whereas, Phase Two consisted of a proposed apartment, motel,
and commercial development. There was a time limit of two
years to begin Phase Two.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that since the time limit of two
years for Phase Two has expired, Resolution No. 216 is hereby
repealed. Any further expansion to the Grandview Apartments
or a Planned Unit Development must be considered by a new ..
application pursuant to the City's Zoning Ordinance.
