RESOLUTION NO. 103
WHEREAS, there has been a request by CHARLES ROE, WILLIAM C.
TEUBNER, and ELEANOR C. TEUBNER, his wife, the owners of certain
property located in Blocks 19 and 20 according to the Official Map of
the City of Clermont, Florida, that a certain portion of a certain
platted street known as Crystal Lake Drive, according to the said map
of the City of Clermont, Florida, be permanently closed, and
WHEREAS said platted street has never been used nor does the
Council forsee future use of it, and
WHEREAS, £t has been deemed by the City Council to be of the
best interest and benefit to the citizenry of the City of Clermont,
Florida that said portion of said street be closed, a more complete
description of which follows herewith:
WHEREFORE the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida resolves as follows:
1. That that portion of Crystal Lake Drive being better
described as that portion of Crystal Lake Drive being
bounded on the North by a line extending from the Northeast
corner of Block 20 due Westerly direction to the water's
edge of Crystal Lake and being bounded on the South by
the extension of the Northern right-of-way line of Juniata
Street from a point on the Southwest corner of Block 20
to the water's edge and also that part of Crystal Lake
Drive being bounded on the North by the extension of
the Southerly right-of-way line of Juniata Street from a
point on the Northwest corner of Lot 7 in Block 19 to
the water's edge of Crystal Lake and being bounded on the
South by the extension of the Northerly right-of-way line
of Broome Street from a point on the Southwest corner of
Lot 11 in Block 19 to the water's edge of Crystal Lake
BE 8t1(c1 the same hereby is permanently closed and abandoned by
the City of Clermont, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a true copy of this Resolution be
recorded among the Public 8~eo~a~s1 of Lake County, Florida.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, held on July 11, 1967.
