GdF~.EREAS, on May 23, 1967 the Council of the City of_ Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, adopted a '?esolution for street and .mnrovements
and special assessments for clearinc_t, grading, filling, raising,
paving and curbing
Disston Avenue from '~7innehaha Avenue to Almond Street
(approximately 305 feet)
and on September 7 and 14,1567 published in the South Lake Press, a
weekly newspaper of general circulation nu~~lis}ied in Clermont, Florida
a notice of hearing of improvements and special assessments for same
and on September 6, 1367 mailed a copy of said notice to all record
owners and mortgagees and lien holders of real property abutting the
above described streets; and.
