No. 382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO USE A
RESIDENCE AS A MEETING CENTER AND OFFICE FOR THE PINK LADIES
AUXILIARY OF THE SOUTH LAKE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida at its meeting held on September 1, 1981 recommended approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allow a residence to be used as a meeting center and
office for the Pink Ladies Auxiliary, as hereinafter set forth by unanimous vote,
and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of
the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida that;
SECTION 1.
The application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a residence to be used
as a meeting center and office for the Pink Ladies Auxiliary at 853 Seventh Street,
South 100 feet of Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 75, City Blocks, be granted subject
to the following conditions:
1. The property shall be used only for the operation of the hospital and
Pink Ladies Auxiliary. No other business operation can be conducted
from the building. This CUP is not transferable to any other business
or use.
2. Parking for this building will be located in the Hospital's upper park-
ing lot.
3. If, at a future date, the parking at this location proves inadequate, the
applicant understands and agrees that the City may repeal this Conditional
Use Permit. This use shall not create any traffic congestion problems on
Seventh or Juniata Streets.
4. Any further construction or expansion must be approved by a CUP.
5. All applicable rules and regulations shall be met.
6. A Certificate of Occupancy for the above building shall not be issued until
all of the above donditions have been met.
