No . 377 -A
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING A BUDGET OF EXPENSES FOR THE GENERAL
OPERATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1981-82 AND MAKING
APPROPRIATIONS THEREOF.
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA HEREBY
RESOLVES THAT:
SECTION I
WHEREAS, it is hereby found by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money, or as much thereof as
may be authorized by law, are needed to defray all expenses and liabilities in
the general operation of the government of the City of Clermont, and these sums
are hereby appropriated for the corporate purposes and objects of said City
hereinafter specified for the Fiscal Year commencing on the first day of
October, 1981, and ending on the 30th day of September, 1981:

WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the revenue required to fund the appro-
priations made in Section I hereof shall come from the following sources:

assessment and levy of ad valorem tax on each dollar of taxable property in the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, as provided for by resolution.
