R-81-377A~ ~ ~ ~ CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTIONS No . 377 -A A RESOLUTION PROVIDING A BUDGET OF EXPENSES FOR THE GENERAL OPERATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1981-82 AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREOF. WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA HEREBY RESOLVES THAT: SECTION I WHEREAS, it is hereby found by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money, or as much thereof as may be authorized by law, are needed to defray all expenses and liabilities in the general operation of the government of the City of Clermont, and these sums are hereby appropriated for the corporate purposes and objects of said City hereinafter specified for the Fiscal Year commencing on the first day of October, 1981, and ending on the 30th day of September, 1981: Administration $ 210,260 Police 283,311 Fire 20,856 Public Works 425,649 Special Activities 63,777 Contingencies 10,000 TOTAL EXPENDITURES $1,013,853 CF('TTh\T TT WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the revenue required to fund the appro- priations made in Section I hereof shall come from the following sources: TAXES Ad Valorem Taxes $ 231,046 Franchise Fees 142,000 Utilities Service Taxes 150,000 LICENSES AND PERMITS Professional or Occupational $ 17,000 Building Permits 16,000 Other Licenses and Permits 900 INTERGOVERNMENTAL REVENUES State Revenue Sharing $ 140,000 Gasoline Tax 40,000 Mobile Home Licenses 7,500 Alcoholic Beverage 3,000 Fire Insurance Premium Tax 3,369 Casualty Insurance Premium Tax 9,634 Contributions from Natural Gas District 50,000 County Occupational Licenses 5,200 County Road & Bridge Levy 14,000 • • i • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTIONS N0. 377 -A OTHER REVENUES Lot Mowing $ 400 Activity Fees 800 Beach Fees 2,500 Fines and Forfeitures 9,000 Interest Earnings 65,000 Rentals 9,000 Cemetery Lot Sales 2,800 Admin.
